Cheesy Broccoli Chicken made with a Campbell Soup mix for a simple meal!

I don’t know about your family, but sometimes for my family getting dinner on the table is quite a chore! This past week, we haven’t had a single night that we are not running in between activities. It’s just a very busy time for most families and even with being busy, the entire family still has to be fed. I know, crazy thought, right?
That is where Campbell’s Oven Sauces came to our rescue this past week. This was the favorite in my household up to this point that we have tried. Remember, this one is not gluten-free, but it is perfect if your family does not need gluten-free. I decided to whip this up for my husband and kids on an evening that I was going to be leaving. I knew this would be so simple that I would be able to prepare it, pop it in the oven, and have it ready to go when I was about to leave for the evening.
Not to mention, topping broccoli with cheese is the only way my kids really will eat veggies! The smell was delicious, it really made me crave Broccoli Cheddar Soup too. Rice could even be added to this dish to give it another element as well.
I decided to use chicken thighs, then I added frozen broccoli and topped it with Campbell’s Oven Sauces. I baked it in the oven on 400* for about 45 minutes. I would suggest checking it at 45 minutes and then mixing it up a bit and letting it cook an additional 15 minutes to be sure the chicken is well done. This will help you avoid any burning by mixing it up a bit.
Out of the oven came the perfect dinner for my family, plus I was able to focus on getting other things done instead of hanging out in the kitchen all evening.
Then, my husband was also able to take leftovers for lunch the following day as well. This was a load off my shoulders!
