Did you know there was more than just ‘vanilla’ ice cream? There are a variety of different vanilla flavored ice creams, and I am completely honest in saying that I just found my favorite. I recently purchased Breyers Natural Vanilla to make this Pound Cake & Peaches Sundae…and WOW! I was blown away with the amazing taste.
Breyers is committed to using high quality ingredients. Breyers Natural Vanilla is made with fresh cream, sugar and milk, and sustainably farmed vanilla beans. Breyers Natural Vanilla is America’s No. 1 vanilla ice cream, and parents now have additional reasons to feel good about serving it to their family. All Breyers vanilla is real and from sustainably farmed, Rainforest Alliance Certified™ vanilla beans.
I actually served this in a cone to my son and daughter, my son said that it was better than going to the ice cream shop, he just could not get enough of that amazing flavor.
The great part is that Breyers now sources milk and cream from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones.* That makes me feel more secure feeding it to my family. I can certainly see why, ours didn’t last but maybe 2 days and I was already ask if I could go buy more. It’s affordable and absolutely divine.
I already have plans for a few ice cream cakes with this. It would be perfect with a decadent chocolate cake recipe.
This particular time though, I decided to recreate a recipe from Breyers and Chef Antonio Lofaso, pound cake and peaches sundaes. It did not disappoint either. My family loves peaches, so I knew this one would certainly be loved by all!
