Boca Breakfast Burgers are a great alternative choice for protein.
Do you struggle to get a complete protein into your diet each day? I know in our family we tend to, especially for my kids. My mom actually has been eating Boca Burgers for as long as I can remember, she raves about them, so I thought I would try a little twist to the breakfast variety of Boca Burgers.
They turned out to be a hit with my family even my husband who isn’t necessarily a huge fan of meatless meals. That says a lot when he is in LOVE!
The New Boca Essentials is a line of vegetable and grain based patties that offer a complete protein to those looking for that meatless option. They boast 9 essential amino acids that your body needs and can’t produce on it’s own. Each of these meatless patties includes the correct proportion of all 9 amino acids which makes it protein packed and a great way to fuel your day.
We decided to use Texas toast topped with spinach, tomato, and a fried egg along with the patty. Then, I added a little peach mango salsa on top. Sounds wonderful, right? If you eat this for breakfast, you will surely make it to lunch with a huge boost of energy. These are just the types of meals I need to be eating for breakfast to avoid getting hungry way before lunch.
Preparing the Boca Burger is simple, I simply followed the microwave directions. It makes for a quick and easy meal too, no need to use the oven or stove if you prefer not to.
Boca Essentials has THREE bold new flavors:
- Breakfast Scramble with potatoes, scrambled eggs, and veggies.
- Roasted Vegetables and Red Quinoa with brown rice.
- Chili Relleno with green chili peppers, black beans, and brown rice.
Each of these is packed into a delicious patty that can be topped with a variety of your favorite additions.
Do you enjoy meatless meals like these Boca Breakfast Burgers? What types of ways do you dress up your Boca Burger?
