It is that time again, the time I force myself to eat fish! This fish tasted very good and well flavored.
- 4 6 oz White Fish Fillets, I used Tilapia, Thawed
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Tsp Dried Sweet Basil
- Preheat the oven to 400*.
- Start by melting the butter in a microwave safe dish. I put this in the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Mix the oil into the butter. Using a foil lined pan, place each fillet on the pan. Pour the butter mixture over the top of the fish, then sprinkle each fish with about 1 Tsp of Basil. This will cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until the fish can be easily flaked with a fork.
As a side with this dish I made garlic coated vegetables that I let simmer on the stove with garlic powder and olive oil.
