Fall is in the air and that means a delicious bowl of Baked Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal is necessary.
I’m sharing this recipe in partnership with Mom’s Best Cereals, all opinions are my own.
I’ve been sharing these past few months several recipes using Mom’s Best Cereals and this one may just be my favorite yet. My family loves baked oatmeal, especially in the fall and winter months.
We love to top it with warm milk to serve for breakfast. My kids even like it cold and eat it as oatmeal bars. It’s just the perfect treat for any time of the day.
This time I used Mom’s Best Cereals Quick Oats to make this delicious baked oatmeal.
I love that with Mom’s Best Cereals, I can be assured that I am purchasing products with no artificial flavors or preservatives and no high fructose corn syrup.
I can be certain my family is getting a better-for-them product. The quick oats work perfect with this baked oatmeal or even with dinner items like meatloaf.
That’s another favorite in our household.
I knew that I wanted a maple-flavored oatmeal as we got a little taste of fall weather here in Oklahoma. I decided to pair it with cinnamon to make classic Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal.
I sat down with a book outside and a bowl of Baked Oatmeal and it was simply heavenly enjoying that crisp air. It’s the perfect way to get a little down time too while the kids play or maybe even while they are at school.
I got about a 30 second taste of what it will be like when both my kids go to school at the same time next year, I’ll admit it felt pretty good.
Although, it ended rather quickly when my daughter woke up. She was ready for a bite of oatmeal herself too.
Have you tried Mom’s Best Cereals? Do you have a favorite? I love how versatile each cereal is and the great flavors. I am certainly excited to try more recipes using their quick oats. Next up…cookies!
Enjoy!

I love baked oatmeal and I think my husband would like this one as well. I need to start eating breakfast and this is giving me an idea of what to make. I will be trying it out soon.
This is excellent. One thing I know about oatmeal is that not only is it very filling and keeps you from being hungry for a long time but it is also very healthy. Best to eat at night because of the effect it has on your body.
I have never thought about baking oatmeal before, but we do eat a lot of oatmeal in our house. Most of the time it is from a box though, so I will have to try this soon. My husband favorite flavor is maple and brown sugar so I am sure he will love it.
