It’s time to taste a delicious Fall meal with this Baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast!
Baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast is the perfect way to either start your day or end your day this Fall.
We love to have breakfast for dinner around our home, so this has become a go-to for that.
Do you do breakfast for dinner regularly?
It’s that one night a week where I don’t really have to plan, I know the types of recipes I’ll be serving, and the kids LOVE it.
So that’s a win for everyone, it’s the night I know dinner will be a breeze.
My daughter could basically live on toast and eggs, if you try to give her anything else, though, other than junk food…she wants nothing to do with it.
I remember when my son was her age, he was the same way.
At least he’s branching out now and realizing there are a lot of great foods to enjoy out there.
She will in time too I’m sure, in the meantime, I’m sure she gets super tired of me telling her no to junk food…over and over again.
Thankfully, she really LOVES this meal, I am sure it’s because it has a nice sweet taste to it, which is exactly what she loves.
Of course, when you add in this Baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast, it makes the whole home smell amazing too.
I seriously live for Fall, so this recipe is just right up my alley this time of year. Do you have favorite go-to recipes in the Fall?
Can you really use English Muffins for French Toast?
Yes! That’s the easy answer for sure, but we actually used Bays English Muffins.
Bays English Muffins are found right in the dairy case and chilled to keep them fresh, they taste the best this way too.
We actually use them for a variety of meals from breakfast to dinner. We love to use Bays English Muffins for Air Fryer Pizza Nights too.
My husband and kids love to make bacon and egg English muffins too for breakfast. We typically will prepare some eggs earlier in the week so we can easily reheat those and the bacon, then make a little breakfast sandwich in the morning too.
These are perfect for the kids and adults both!
Bays actually has TONS of recipes using their English Muffins, seriously you can plan a whole menu around there. Be sure to check out Bays website for all the tasty recipes.
Also, you can find their latest recipes and news over on Facebook too.

Tips for Making Baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast
A great tip here is that you can prep this in advance. For instance if you want to make it for breakfast, simply prepare it all the night before and then bake in the morning.
This is one of those meals that the longer you let the custard soak in, the better!
I typically prepare it in the morning if we are planning breakfast for dinner. Then, once we get home from activities, I just bake it in the oven.
It makes it a very quick and easy meal!
