It has been a long time since my husband and I have purchased and cooked pork chops. I thought I would give them a try and came up with this recipe to add flavor.
Apple Seasoned Pork Chops
- 3 Pork Chops
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tsp Thyme
- 3 Tsp Basil
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- In a foil lined dish, I placed each pork chop. I poured the vinegar over the pork chops, then added 1 Tsp of Thyme and 1 Tsp of Basil to each one. These cooked for 45 minutes. I added a few vegetables as sides and dinner was served!
