My daughter and I always have time between drop offs for school, so yesterday we decided to swing by Smoothie King. I was pretty excited to try out the Apple Kiwi Kale Smoothie because it’s packed full with nutritional value.
What I didn’t know was that you can have extras added to it too, I decided to have the multi-vitamin added in. That way I get a delicious smoothie with my vitamins all in one drink! How great is that? I used to stop by Smoothie King almost everyday when I was in high school. I was also in really good shape back then, so maybe the two are related?
Now, Smoothie King offers Veggie Blends and they just added more to the line up including Avocado Pineapple Smoothie and more green drinks!
My biggest struggle is eating green veggies and with green smoothies, you get those greens into your day but you don’t really taste them! They are mask with all that yummy fruit too.
I am striving to get in better shape health wise, I’ve added exercise back to my life and now it’s time to take over my eating habits.
Right now you can get your 20oz coupon by signing up and then head out to get your drink for $2.99!
