My latest baked creation turned out to be a huge hit in our house. It’s the perfect treat to start the morning or even a late afternoon snack.
- 1 Cup Applesauce
- 1/4 Cup Apple Butter
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375*.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until no longer lumpy. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Then, pour in the batter. This will bake in the oven for 1 hour.
- I topped this with a little bit more cinnamon when it came out of the oven. This was delicious!

Here is my Mommy Hates Cooking moment with this treat; the first time I made it, I forgot to add the sugar! I did not realize it until after I tasted it, let’s just say add the sugar and you will be much happier!
