The e-book consists of a few tips for gluten-free cooking as well as a new recipe too that you will not see on the website. My hope with this e-book is to help jump start you into gluten-free cooking if that is how you are eating. I know for my family it was a complete lifestyle change to learn to cook gluten-free especially when I realized just how many products gluten is in. Now that I’ve grown accustomed to this particular way of cooking, I feel like I can swap out ingredients and recreate recipes to be gluten-free in my sleep. I am certain you will too after you get used to this new way of cooking or really new way of using ingredients.
Luckily, over the years many new products have been created and are readily available at the grocery store. Those products alone can help you in the kitchen, but there are several delicious recipes you may want to try too in the e-book.
