One thing that I have really struggled with is getting a protein-packed breakfast, it’s necessary though because I go to the gym every single morning. That means that I need the protein to help me power through the workout. Of course, I do have a protein shake afterwards but eggs are also a great source of protein before the workout. The only problem is, I’m not really a plain egg person. I just can’t handle eggs plain! I like some flavor to them, do you?
I thought today, I’d share 10 Ways to Serve Eggs, meaning different methods of making them, recipes, and additions. I’ve found on of my favorites is simply a quick, low calorie egg salad. I eat that for lunch and breakfast both sometimes too. I typically will only use one yolk, so it’s mostly egg whites, but I enjoy it and I’m sure you will too!
Breakfast has always been a struggle because honestly I just love some oatmeal in the mornings. I’ve started to serve my oatmeal with some peanut butter powder in it for additional protein and also with a side of eggs too. I’ve actually found that I can eat more than I thought with watching my calories but the key is eating more better for you foods, not just bowls of cereal. Darn!
