After posting my recipe for Milky Way Mocha, I knew I had to share my version of a Vanilla Caramel Latte.
In a coffee mug pour the caramel sauce up to 1/4 inch of the mug. Then, in my steaming pitcher I steamed 1 cup of Skim Milk with 2 Tbsp of Vanilla Powdered Creamer up to 140*. I poured the espresso into the mug, then topped with the vanilla frothed milk using a spatula to hold back the foam. Stir and top with whipped cream.
If you do not have an espresso machine, simply heat the milk and vanilla powder in the microwave and then add in the caramel and brewed coffee.
Along with this I made White Chocolate Cranberry Biscotti. I used the Chocolate Chip Biscotti recipe as a base; however, instead of chocolate chips, I added 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips and 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries. I followed the same method and found this version even more delicious than the Chocolate Chip, probably because I prefer White Chocolate.
These were amazing and reminded me more of the biscotti that I am used to!
Enjoy your morning treat!
