We started purchasing a meat variety pack from our local butcher shop, which happens to be some of the best meat in town. These rib eye steaks were part of our variety pack, and if it were not for all the other good meat, these won me over. We will now be purchasing this variety pack monthly!
I came up with this easy recipe, simply by evaluating what I had on hand and then trying something new.
Ranch Style Rib Eyes
Ingredients
- 2 Rib Eye Steaks
- 4 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce divided or Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Ranch Seasoning Packet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375*.
- Using a foil line baking dish, pour 2 tsp of the Worcestershire Sauce on the bottom topped with 1/2 of the ranch packet. Place the steaks on top of the mixture, and then pour 1 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce on each steak and top with the remaining ranch packet.
- These will cook for 45 minutes or until tender. I prefer mine to be medium well, and these were simply perfect.

My husband and I were able to split 1 steak because they were so big! We paired them with our favorite veggies and dinner was served.
Enjoy this delicious steak dinner!
