Pumpkin Cinnamon Waffle Bites make for a tasty breakfast that you can dip!

Are you gearing up for Thanksgiving? It’s just a few days it seems away! This year, we are hosting Thanksgiving at our home, but I also know that my family is going to be ready for something to snack on before dinner time. I thought I would keep it festive with the Pumpkin Cinnamon Waffle Bites using Pillsbury Grands!®.
These are so fun and simple to make, plus fun for older kids to help with too. My husband and kids enjoyed eating them of course! I decided to use cinnamon rolls, then I unrolled them and slathered a layer of pureed pumpkin to them. I rolled them back up and put them on the waffle iron. I would suggest just doing 3 for the waffle iron depending on the size so they do not drip over the sides. Remember these do not have to be in perfect shapes because they are simply ‘bite’ size.
I enjoyed making these so much, I already have more ideas swirling to use them for too.
One thing that we are starting back up this year is our Thanksgiving movie tradition. As a kid, we always went to a movie on Thanksgiving evening, but since we had kids and my daughter was too young to go to the movies with us, we always had to skip that. Now, she’s finally old enough to join us, so we are starting that back up again this year. I am looking forward to enjoying a relaxing Thanksgiving with my family this year and making these waffle bites.
