White Chocolate Mint Candy Bark is a delicious holiday treat.
It’s time to start making all those Christmas treats and sweets! I’m looking forward to making several to take to friends and family over my son’s winter break this year. I’m really hoping to work ahead a little so that I can have a little more fun with him and less work!
I’m also looking forward to my husband being off a few extra days around the holidays this year. This has NEVER happened before in our family, we barely got Christmas together, so the thought of having nearly 5 days together for the holidays makes me giddy! Yes, I said that!
I just feel like everything is so much easier with him around, it’s nice to have some extra hands to help with the kids. I’m also looking forward to just relaxing together around the house with no where to go. It would be the perfect time to get snowed in…I can only hope!
One thing on our list is making this candy bark again. My son loved making this and it’s SO incredibly easy, there is no recipe needed!
All you do is melt down the White Almond Bark per the instructions on the package, pour it into a baking dish, lined with parchment paper, then you add in your favorite candies. We decided to add Mint Chocolate M&Ms to ours. Once it hardened we simply broke it apart to make a candy bark.
I love that you can use a variety of holiday treats for this, another thing I plan to add the next time we make this are pretzels too. I love chocolate covered pretzels, so I think the mixture in the bark would be a great sweet and salty mix!
What types of candy do you add to Christmas Bark? I’d love to hear them for our next batch!
