Chicken is a great way to eat light, but plain chicken can just be plain boring! I love this recipe for Cheesy Lime Chicken. The hint of lime along with the cheese give it just the boost of flavor it needs and still keep it healthy!
As we go into the new year and getting back into shape is at the top of my list, this meal will be too! I’m trying to adjust what I eat to fit my lifestyle without doing the crash style dieting. I want to continue to eat healthy and maintain my weight instead of loosing a lot then gaining it all back!
