It’s the perfect time of year for grilling, but maybe you want to grill indoors? These Grilled Lemon Pepper Steaks are perfect for just that with the Hamilton Beach Indoor Searing Grill. Thanks to Hamilton Beach, they are sponsoring this post and allowing me to give one away too!
I absolutely love grilling season, but why not make it year round? I grill year round with this Hamilton Beach Indoor Searing Grill. It’s also PERFECT for windy days. Here in Oklahoma the wind is crazy, I mean the song does say the ‘wind sweeping down the plains’, right? They were not kidding. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve been working in my office and suddenly our basketball goal is on it’s way across my yard. Did I mention I can’t even push that thing? So the wind is SO strong that it can literally push it all the way across the yard. We’ve also had to rescue our trampoline as well. That means we are under burn bans quite a bit too and it never fails that happens when I’m planning to grill out.
What’s the next best thing? An indoor grill! I take burn bans seriously around here as over the Christmas holiday our house was nearly burnt down. Literally 3 fire departments and the fire stopped 4 feet from my back door. That was way too close for comfort and when it’s windy…don’t burn or use the grill that’s my motto!
The Hamilton Beach Indoor Searing Grill offers a high heat option that locks in those juices and flavors, plus it makes the meat look fabulous too. Then, I love the hood to help cover it. Now, my favorite part was how easy it is to clean. Each piece comes apart simply and you can easily wipe down the entire thing without having to watch out for a cord.
My husband and I were craving steaks, so I decided to use this grill to make those and with a little bit of seasoning of lemon pepper, they turned out wonderfully. Now, aren’t you hungry yet?
It’s your chance to win this fabulous grill because I’m giving one away!
Good luck and enjoy!
