I’ve probably mentioned this in the past but I love just simply sauteing vegetables in a little olive oil and garlic. It brings out all the delicious flavors and makes them taste divine!
I picked up fresh Collard Greens at a local co-op then I added my own tomatoes from our garden. I sauteed it in a little bit of olive oil and the McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb Seasoning, using a medium size skillet with medium high heat. Lastly, I topped it with a little bit of feta cheese to serve. The result? Melt in your mouth.
I have to say, I am completely sold on the McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb Seasoning. (Note – That is not a sponsored comment either.) Normally I use crushed garlic but adding that seasoning is just so much easier than crushing garlic especially when I am usually making these veggies with a cranky toddler on my leg!
I’m not going to add a recipe today since this is so easy that no recipe is really needed, simply saute, season, top with cheese, and serve!
