It was time for a family day and Pumpkin Town Farms made for the perfect dose of fun! In full disclosure, we were given passes to attend; however, no other compensation was provided, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
This past weekend, my family headed out to visit Pumpkin Town. We’ve gone for many years now long before it is what it is now…which is HUGE! As soon as you get into Pumpkin Town it’s easy to spend HOURS there just having a blast and playing different games, riding ponies, shooting pumpkins out of cannons…you name it, they have it.
I absolutely love that at Pumpkin Town it’s not just your basic games and rides, they have all sorts of homemade style games, for instance the HUGE slide that is on top of a hill, you slide down on potato sacks and it’s made out of industrial materials.
The creativity of games is what we love the most, you won’t find those games anywhere else. My kids bounced on basically a massive pillow and rolled inside a circular tube. They even got to shoot corn cobs and pumpkins out of cannons. Now, does it get any better?
Of course, then you head over to the petting zoo, they learned about milking cows, road a camel, and on ponies. We even saw a baby kangaroo. The fun just kept going. We were there for hours doing every activity, riding on hayrides and even in a little cow wagon. It was just such a great time! My husband and I even went down the slide ourselves too, I have to say that was pretty fun.
Right now, you can visit Pumpkin Town from now until the end of the month and make a day out of it. It’s great for the whole family, both young and old.
