I have mentioned many times before how much I love ribs.  I actually prefer the Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs.  I made these recently with the Sweet Heat Saucy Mama marinade.  I poured it all over the ribs and cooked them in the oven on 400* for about 1 hour.  They came out with a nice juicy, tangy flavor.  If you do not have the Sweet Heat Marinade, use some of the Homemade BBQ sauce for a similar tangy taste.

I served these along with baked potatoes and corn to make a nice flavorful meal.

How do you like ribs?  Smoked?  Grilled?  Oven cooked?  Boneless?  Bone?

There are so many ways to choose from which makes it fun to cook ribs and mix up the techniques!
