I had all the ingredients for these just sitting at my in the pantry begging to be used! I couldn’t deny them…I had to make them! I decided to use these Coconut Chocolate Brownie Cups as the dessert to our Tropical Date Night!
The great thing about these is they are very easy to make plus versatile to mix up to use for an ice cream sundae bar or easy treat during the week for the family.
I used my Chocolate Chip Brownie recipe as the base for these then I simply piled on the deliciousness! As soon as I was done taking pictures this did not last till our dessert, my husband and son devoured it. Luckily…I had more to be made!
I made mine with the Pampered Chef square brownie pan so that I could use individual square brownies for each bowl; however, you can simply cut the brownies into squares or use a muffin tin. I went ahead and put this into the Ziplist format so you have the ingredients; however, amounts will vary based on your preference and amount you plan to make. For me, I simply skipped the waffle bowl to enjoy this dessert gluten free!
For instance, I would eat one…my husband could eat a dozen! I guess I should say, I could eat a dozen but I will try and restrain myself!
These would be the perfect end to a Valentine’s Day date!
Enjoy!
