If you love using your air fryer, then I highly suggest you try these Gluten Free Air Fryer Tostadas!
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Mission®. All opinions are entirely my own.
Have you ever truly felt your heart swell with joy when you see a great product come out? That’s exactly how I felt the first time a friend of mine posted a picture on Instagram of Mission® Gluten Free Soft Taco Tortillas.
I buy this particular brand for my husband nearly every week. He loves tortillas and salsa as a snack, but I always ended up with corn tortillas.
What gluten-free tortillas should you use?
They just weren’t the same as those delicious flour tortillas.
Well, friends, that has all changed now.
Mission Gluten Free Tortillas have the exact taste and texture as the gluten filled tortillas. They are the perfect choice for these Gluten Free Air Fryer Tostadas.
Gluten Free Air Fryer Tostadas
Of course, I am sure most of you understand my love for the air fryer and it was only natural that I use Mission Gluten Free Soft Taco Tortillas for these Air Fryer Tostadas.
I decided to top ours with taco meat and beans.
Once I had those two ingredients on the tortillas, I simply placed it in the air fryer for 3 minutes on 355*. This made the tortillas nice and toasty for the tostadas.
If you make these in the air fryer, be sure to keep a close eye on them because they do get toasty quickly.
I would not cook them over 3 minutes without checking to be sure they are not already done.
When making tostadas, the idea is just to give them a little crunch but not turn them into a chip.
In our family, when we have tostadas, I like to set out all the toppings, and then each family member can simply build their own.
That is exactly what we did and my son and I we enjoyed every single last bite of the Mission Gluten Free Soft Taco Tortillas.
It was magical considering I can’t even remember the last time I had a tortilla that reminded me of a flour tortilla.
They are soft and full of flavor, perfect for all sorts of meals like wraps, quesadillas, and tacos.
I am actually considering using them for a taco salad shell soon too. I’ll be sure to share that recipe as well.

These tortillas are certified gluten free with no trans-fat and with zero cholesterol. What more could you ask for?
These tortillas were such a welcome addition to our regular foods, because typically I always use white corn tortillas. Unlike the white corn tortillas, these did not rip or come apart.
They hold together.
We were able to fill them up with a variety of ingredients and they were still intact. This means you could easily use these for a burrito and not have to worry about the tortilla tearing.
My son is anxious to use them for quesadillas, which we make in the air fryer as well quite a bit.
The texture was just so similar to a flour tortilla, honestly you could not even tell the difference. My husband is not gluten-free, but he loved them too and did not even realize they were gluten free.
That says a lot when he can’t tell! He’s an avid tortilla lover.
