It’s that time again, time for me to eat fish! I am not a fish fan; however, it’s good for you so I try to eat it regularly. My goal is to make it taste the least like fish as possible!
This is a simple dish that gives a nice, pleasant taste to fish. I used tilapia; however, any white fish would work for this meal.
I used my Basil Fish recipe to make the fish, then I stuck with the basil theme to make the pasta.
I used 1/2 Lb angel hair pasta, cooked as instructed on the package. After draining the pasta, return to the pot and add in 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil and 1/2 Tbsp of Chopped Basil. I mixed this well and served along side my basil fish. The chopped basil gives the pasta a stronger flavor while the fish has a very subtle flavor.
I served this dish with broccoli on the side and we had nice, healthy fish dinner.
Enjoy!
