Does your family live on water? Mine does! We are primarily water drinkers, but we also love a good carbonated drink from time to time, especially my kids.
The downside is that water can get a little bit boring from time to time. Thankfully, there are alternatives to it now in sparkling waters and flavored waters. I decided to showcase our own concoction with our new SodaStream Power Automatic Sparkling Water Maker over the holiday.
SodaStream Power allows you to quickly carbonate water, then add your own flavors to it. There are also different fizz levels that you can do with a quick press of a button. Then, with the drink mixes you can naturally flavor them.
We decided to go with a Berry Italian Soda as that is our family favorite.
I made this by simply following the SodaStream Power instructions for the sparkling water, then I added in a cap full of the Berry Drink Mix. Once I had this mixed together, I poured it over ice and added cream. I also love dipping the cups in melted white chocolate and sprinkles for a little bit of flare.
Right now, they even have mixes that are zero calories such as Cranberry Raspberry and Pink Grapefruit. Along with these benefits, SodaStream Power is a National Stop Diabetes® sponsor of the American Diabetes Association, in a strategic effort to encourage healthy beverage choices.
