Apple Cider Salad
I made this a few weeks back and unfortunately am just getting a chance to post the recipe. I had this bright idea when I saw apple cider in my pantry, to use it like you would taco seasoning but with ground chicken. So, that’s what I set out to do, making a delicious salad with apple cider seasoned ground chicken.
This can make for a very low fat dish which is perfect for the diet I decided that I am on. Let’s get to this recipe!
- 1 Lb Ground Chicken
- 2 Apple Cider Packets, Powdered
- 1/4 Cup Water
- Apple Chips
- Mandarin Oranges
- Red Wine Vinaigrette
In a skillet cook the ground chicken on medium heat. Once cooked and drained add in the apple cider and water and let simmer until well mixed into the meat.
Next, build the salad with the toppings that you choose and drizzle with the vinaigrette dressing.
