As we start the New Year, it’s always time to re-evaluate the diet! This year, not only is it that time of year but I also have baby weight that I plan to get off as quickly as possible! I’m ready to feel healthy and eat healthy!
I thought for the month of January, we would do a little series that includes sharing a healthy dinner idea on Fridays!
One of my favorite easy dinners is this Slow Cooker Rosemary Chicken & Potatoes. It’s also a nice, light meal and gets in some healthy fats with the olive oil.
I love this one because it allows me to use the Slow Cooker which gives me a quick dinner with very minimal cooking and helps me to skip the drive thru!
