I usually roast my turkey in the oven but I have a smoker and am thinking about brining then smoking the turkey this year.

I live in Florida but I am originally from Puerto Rico. In our culture, we bake a turkey and we also make one fricasse (which is like the beef stew here). I like the stew a lot better because you can ear it on top of potatoes or rice later during the evening and it makes you feel all warm and cozy.
