Caramel Apple Cookies from Scrambled Henfruit
These Caramel Apple Cookies may be my favorite Pinterest find so far! They were absolutely delicious. I nearly lost myself in a cloud of apple cider; however, I quickly recovered when these came out of the oven. The only way to describe it is a fall explosion in my mouth. Delicious. Unbelievable. A must try!
I made these late at night and by morning there were only a few left! Not good, not good at all! I do have a cookie fetish, you know.
I had a few that ended up like this with a hole in the middle and the caramel fell out. Not sure how that happened; however, I ate those too!
Now, I better head to the gym again!

I Pinned this recipe as well… I bought the caramels and they are just sitting up on the counter nagging me to make cookies with them! I NEED these cookies. I was worried the caramels would get to hard during the baking process…. and when they cooled would break a tooth haha. But yours look nice and gooey too!
I do think they should be eaten right away to avoid hardening. I may try them again with caramel syrup and see what they taste like. The gooey caramels though are really good right after coming out of the oven.
I have the caramel syrup so maybe I will try that instead of unwrapping all those caramels. I try to make something fun each weekend but we are going out of town so this one will have to wait
