Somehow without doing anything, I won a coupon for a week’s worth of Bar S Products. My husband suggested we purchase bologna because he wanted to try smoking it.
To smoke the bologna he cut slits in the top similar to a ‘V’, then he coated it with mustard, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Next, he put it on the smoker on medium to high heat for 4 hours. The verdict? It was a bit over smoked on the outside, but the inside was delicious!
We piled the bologna on a sandwich topped with cheese, tomato, french fried onions, and BBQ Sauce.
It was a success and we now have enough bologna to last us likely for a year!
