Giveaway: Tortilla Land Ground Chicken Tostadas

This past week I was ask to try Tortilla Land tortillas.  Immediately when we received the tortillas my husband suggested a Tex Mex night.  Basically, a Tex Mex night to him meant all the sides and building the tortilla essentially into a tostada.  I was all about this idea as I love Mexican foods.

These tortillas are required to be kept in a refrigerator until use, then to cook them you simply put them in the skillet with no oil or any extras and cook for several seconds.  The result is a fresh tasting tortilla that is warm and taste like if you were to be eating homemade tortillas.  I am now a huge fan of these, the texture was perfect as was the taste.

To top our tostadas we used ground chicken mixed with taco seasoning, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, corn, and lettuce.  Then, finish them off with taco sauce or salsa.

We absolutely loved these the tostadas were enough to have for a whole meals, no sides necessary!

These tortillas will definitely be on my list to purchase more of, and even better I have coupons to giveaway to a few lucky reader’s!  These coupons are for FREE Tortilla Land Tortilla’s found in the refrigerator section of your grocery store.

You can spread Nutella on the tortilla with a little peanut butter. Delicious. I also use tortillas to make a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, onions & Pepper with salsa on top.
