Tangy Meatball Subs

After making a large batch of Toni’s Tangy Meatballs, I like to utilize the meatballs for different meals.  I have a variety of meals that I’ll be sharing with you that uses them; however, one of the quickest meals is Tangy Meatball Subs.

To make these subs simply purchase hoagie rolls, heat up the leftover meatballs, and add a little Italian cheese.  I like to use a mixture of Parmesan and mozzarella.

Serve these with a salad and dinner is served!
