Pulled Pork Spuds

Do you have a lot of leftover Slow Cooker Pulled Pork?  Why not re-purpose it?

I used baked potatoes and piled them high with pulled pork, garnish them with onions, chives, cheese, sour cream, and butter.

We need all the fixins’ and lots of them!

These are a perfect way to reuse leftovers and make a new meal out of them.  I do this also with my Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken.

This meat can be frozen in a freezer safe container and then reheated as well.

    That’s such a great idea. We usually have enough leftovers for like 4 days lol….we will use this next time :D

    I think about doing this often with leftover pulled pork, what do you top yours with? I was thinking pork, cheddar cheese, green onions and sour cream?

      That’s what we put on ours, it’s delicious!!!
