Homemade Fish Sticks

In an attempt to continue my journey on learning to tolerate fish, I set out to make homemade fish sticks.  I actually like fish sticks, so I knew that if I could make my own version they would be much more healthy than the store bought.


My picky toddler he refuses to eat, he proved it successful.  He does not touch fish, and yet he had seconds!  What?  I know, I was shocked too!  It was good though, I even went back for more.


This is an easy dish and very kid friendly.

  1. What kind of fish did you use?

  2. I used tilapia, but cod works well too. I have done it with catfish too.

  3. I have been craving fish and chips. I will be trying this one, much healthier than at a fast food place.
