I am not a fruit person, and I never have been. Although, when presented with a Fruit Pizza, that delicious cookie topped with loads of Cool Whip and fruit just takes over my whole being! I’ll devour it.
Don’t believe me?
It only lasted 1 day in our house. I will admit I think my husband may have eaten 1/2 of it. The picture does not do it justice, you’ll have to forgive me as I had a toddler hovering below me trying to get his hands on the pizza!
This is one of the easiest recipes.
Ingredients:
- 1 Roll of Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
- 1 Carton Cool Whip
- Fruit (Strawberries, Blueberries, Pineapple Chunks)
Directions:
Start by spraying a pizza pan or cooking stone with non stick spray. Then, roll out 2/3 of the cookie dough package into the shape of a pizza. This will need to about 1/4 inch thick, the same as if you were making cookies with cookie cutters. Bake this in the oven according to the instructions on the cookie dough package. Be sure and do not use the entire package. I made this mistake, let’s just say when I opened my oven I had a cookie explosion.
Once cooled, top with the cool whip and fruit.
No worries, I was still able to use the cookie after trimming it but I had a mess to clean up.
Let the cookie completely cool, once it’s cooled top with the Cool Whip and then the fruit. I like to use frozen fruit for mine; however, fresh works just the same.
This is the perfect treat to bring to any summer party, and it won’t last long!

LOVE this!! You get the “treat” from the cookie & cool-whip, but yet the healthy from the fruit
Thanks for sharing Kristy, can’t wait to make it!
Just found your site and I LOVE it! I do a recipe very similar to this except I use the whole cookie package – just press it in to a jellyroll pan or a large pizza pan, and for the “sauce” I mix 8oz of cream cheese with 1c powdered sugar, then gradually mix in pineapple juice until it’s the right consistency… It’s SO good!
I place strawberry halves, blueberry halves, sliced kiwi, and grape halves in some sort of pattern and it ends up being a really pretty dessert. I’ll have to try adding pineapple on it next time!
That sounds great!! Thank you so much for stopping by, glad you like it!
Try this recipe with cream cheese in place of the cool whip. You’ll love it!
