Like I mentioned on my recipe for Hamburger Helper, I loved Hamburger Helper growing up; however my mom did not so we rarely had it. One of my favorites was Cheeseburger Macaroni. My mom on the other hand cannot even bare to look at this. I could eat it regularly!
I found this great Cheeseburger Macaroni recipe on Tasty Kitchen and thought I’d give it a try. I thought this was the perfect easy way to make this dish on a budget! It also makes enough to last a few days. I will say that I rarely use Velveeta so it was extremely cheesy and creamy! Perfect!
