Cheesy Pork Chops

This past week I tried Angie’s Cheesy Pork Chops from $5 Dollar Dinners.  These may have been the easiest pork chop recipe I have ever used!  I only cooked 4 pork chops, her recipe is for 10, so you will need to tweak the recipe according to the amount you use.

For additional flavor, I decided to use my Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning Blend.  I added 1/4 Tbsp to the bottom of my dish to be sure the pork chops would be covered when I placed them in the dish.  Then, I added another 1/4 Tbsp to the top of the pork chops.  After I topped the pork chops with cheese, I sprinkled a little more seasoning just to be sure my cheese had a little kick too!

I finished off cooking this recipe just as instructed on the original recipe.  These came out of the oven and were delicious!  They were juicy and flavorful!
