If you follow me on facebook, then you saw my recent link to How Sweet It Is, Cake Batter Pancakes. I know, you are drooling now right? These pancakes look incredible. I bookmarked this immediately so that I could make them for the next Birthday breakfast at our house!
In the meantime, this gave me an idea for my son’s breakfast. He will eat anything with sprinkles on it and most sprinkles have a very little amount of sugar for the amount that I actually planned to use. I came up with a little something different to add Pizzazz to my son’s breakfast, and mine!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Baking Mix
- 1 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Mashed Banana
- 1 Tbsp Sprinkles
Directions:
Begin by mixing in the milk, egg, and banana then whisk in the baking mix. Lastly, add in the sprinkles.
Then, in a skillet set on medium heat begin pouring 1/4 cupfuls. You will want to cook these on one side until it begins to bubble then flip and cook on the other side. This recipe made 8 pancakes.
I suggest topping these with your favorite pancakes syrup and enjoying a delightful breakfast.
Now, back to these Cake Batter Pancakes, good thing February includes 4 birthdays for us. I had to find an excuse to make them somehow. Right?
