Ground Chicken Tacos

Every family enjoys Taco night, or at least the families I know of!  On our latest taco night, we decided to use Gold N’ Plump Ground Chicken instead of ground beef.  This chicken is 90/10 making it extremely lean and healthy!

I cooked the ground chicken just as I would have cooked ground beef and added in the taco seasoning as instructed on the package.

We then topped with our favorite taco topping.

As soon as my husband bit into this taco, he told me ‘these are delicious’.  This was followed by the fact that he liked the ground chicken more than the beef and would prefer having chicken taco’s as opposed to the traditional beef taco’s.

Inside my heart was singing, my husband choosing chicken over beef?!  That’s just not heard of around here!

Ground Chicken Taco’s will now regularly be on our menu plan!

Happy Taco Night!

Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Blend rotel & pour over chicken. Pour in taco season. Give it a little stir. Cook for 6-8 hrs on low. Shread chicken up & serve with taco fixings!! (I love it with shredded cheese & sour cream!!)
