If you follow my post, you know how I love pumpkin. I guess I should also mention that I love cheesecake and the two together, that is just like heaven!
When I made Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake, I used 2 9inch pie pans. The recipe ended up making enough for 2 which I was not excepting; however, I was thrilled about it!
I will not admit to eating all of that Cool Whip on my cheesecake either!
