I have decided to take a few weeks off of the Picky Eater posts, to highlight a few holiday recipes. These recipes are sure to please the crowd at any upcoming holiday event.
This Cranberry Apple recipe comes from my mom who made this delicious dish for our Thanksgiving dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 Can of Apple Pie Filling
- 1 Can of Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
- Handful of Nuts (Optional)
- Handful of Raisins (Optional)
Directions:
Mix the pie filling, sauce, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Then, pour into a serving dish top with nuts and raisins. Let this chill for at least 1 hour in the fridge and serve.
Enjoy this holiday dish and remember to print your coupons!

dumb question….on this recipe – is it a can of the whole-berry cranberry sauce? – or what?
I would use the whole berry, I think that would taste the best; however you can use either. It’s just easier to mix with the whole berry.
Sounds delicious….Could this be served warm. too?
