Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball

Let me start by saying, this is one of the best party recipes ever! I am not kidding, seriously it looks good and taste even better. Then, there is the tragedy…in the midst of snacking on it while making it, I failed to get a picture!
I would normally make it again and then take a picture of it to share, but I know I will not have time to make it again before New Year’s Eve, and wanted to be sure you all knew about this one. It’s the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball. Just the title says it all doesn’t it?!
This recipe is adapted from All Recipes, Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball; however, I have seen a variety of variations of it over the years.
- 1 8 oz Package of Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Imitation Almond Extract
- 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
In a large mixing bowl cream together the cheese and butter then add in the remaining ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips.
Let it chill in the fridge 2-3 hours then remove and shape into a ball. Put back in the fridge to chill and set for 1-2 hours.
Serve this with the Chocolate Graham Cracker Sticks.
This recipe makes around 2 cups, I normally make 2 batches for parties.
