Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Scones

These scones were delicious!  They were just sweet enough but not too sweet!  I used a basic scone recipe found on AllRecipes, then I added to it.

I added 1 15oz Can of Pumpkin, 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips, and 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice.  The recipe says to add enough milk/egg mixture to make the dough moist.  I only had to use 1/2 of the mixture because the pumpkin causes the dough to moisten quickly.  I was able to shape these easily by laying them on the cookie sheet and shaping into a triangle.

I enjoyed these with my Pumpkin Spice Latte.
