This is a simple way to give fish a little flavor!
- 4 6oz Tilapia Fillets (or any white fish)
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 4 Tsp Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing
Preheat oven to 400*.
Using 2 small bowls, put the eggs in one bowl, and the bread crumbs in the other. Then, dip fillet in the egg and then the bread crumbs. Place each fillet on a foil lined baking dish. Top each fillet with 1 tsp of Italian dressing.
These will bake for 20 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork. I also added my seasoned potatoes and corn with this dish.
