I am learning to come up with all different combination of spices and ingredients for fish. My goal is to make it taste the least like fish as possible!
Ingredients:
- 4 6oz Tilapia Fillets
- 4 Tbsp of Italian Dressing
- 2 Tsp of Garlic Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp of Rosemary
Directions:
In a skillet, I cooked 2 tilapia fillets at a time. I poured 2 Tbsp of Italian dressing in the skillet, then put the fillets in. Once the fillets were in I sprinkled 1 Tsp of garlic salt and 1/4 Tbsp of Rosemary over the fillets. I repeated this for the next 2 fillets. These will cook until easily flaked with a fork, usually takes me 5-7 minutes on each side.
I have found that I really love tilapia cooked in the skillet, so this is now my preferred method.

To compliment this meal, I added my White Sauce Penne and canned peas.
