Typically, my meals usually serve anywhere between 4-6, which works perfect for my family. However, I recently fixed a meal to serve 9-12, and I had to stop and think of what I could make that would feed the family, taste good, be quick to fix and also stay within budget.
The meal that came to my mind immediately was spaghetti and meatballs with salad and garlic bread. I fixed this dish for the family and it cost merely $10 and fed 12, making it $.83 cents per serving.
1 1/2 lbs of Spaghetti Noodles
1 1/2 lbs of Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 Bag of Farm Rich Turkey Meatballs
1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
I cooked the spaghetti as directed on the package, after draining it I added the sauce. I heated up the meatballs in the microwave and mixed those into the spaghetti. I poured it in a large disposable dish and topped with cheese. Then, I purchased a pre-made salad and garlic bread.
