Mommy Hates Cooking

Apple Pancakes

One of the best things about waking up on a weekend morning is the likely hood my husband may be cooking us breakfast!  Sure enough, the day he whipped these up was on one of those mornings!

To make these pancakes, he used the Bisquick pancake mix recipe then he added in 1 cup of applesauce and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the batter.

The pancakes had a dollop of Fat Free Cool Whip along with warm maple syrup, a dash of cinnamon, and sliced apples.  He also included cooked sausage links along with this delicious breakfast.

To make my morning even better, he had my coffee brewing!

Happy Morning!

Yum! I never tried the applesauce kind. But we do love to make the bisquick pancakes and serve them with warm apple pie topping. Yummers!
